We accept cash on delivery, cards, and wallets depending on what the store has enabled. Available options appear on the payment step before you confirm.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your city and stock. An estimate is shown at checkout, and you can track status from order tracking or your account.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us before the order is shipped. After shipment, returns follow the store return policy if applicable.
How do I track my order?
Use the order tracking link in the footer with your order number. Signed-in customers can also see orders in My account.
What if an item arrives damaged or wrong?
Photograph the item and contact us promptly with your order number. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or return per store policy.
